Hello, I'm Kaelon Christle! I'm pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Technology, and Emerging Communications (ATEC) at The University of Texas at Dallas, graduating in December 2025. Focusing on graphic design, I'm working to earn a certification for the Design and Production Program in my ATEC major.
My design experience includes logo design, flyer/poster design, social media posting, branding and identity, video editing, layout and composition, visual communication, color theory, and typography. I enjoy creating flyers and posters because I can convey a visual message that has a strong purpose besides just grabbing viewers' attention with how cool it looks. Seeing my work resonate with people makes the entire design process worth it in the end.
During the Fall 2024 semester, I was a graphic design intern at TLT - Tomorrow's Leaders Today. I designed flyers for upcoming events that the nonprofit organization posted on its social media pages. While following TLT's branding policy and procedures, I was able to help increase awareness of the events that would encourage people to attend.
As an honorary graphic designer for UT Dallas' Drawing Sessions Club, I create weekly flyer events that help increase attendance for weekly drawing meetups. My flyer designs also encourage club members to follow the Drawing Sessions' social media pages.
Fun Facts
My favorite video game character is Sonic the Hedgehog. Outside of graphic design, I work on personal drawings and digital illustrations of Sonic characters.
The Golden State Warriors are my favorite NBA basketball team. I plan to do a Sonic X Golden State Warriors crossover while trying to create meanings that can resonate with people.
I enjoy watching superhero content, which includes Marvel, DC, and My Hero Academia.
